Admin Login to new gateway
After some issues, I have my new Cox-supplied gateway, a TECHNICOLOR Model: CGM4331COM. I tried to login using the SSID and password on the bottom of the gateway, but those credentials were not recognized. The Cox Tech that did the install was very good, I have to blame myself for not trying to do this while he was here. That said, is there a chance he change the Login credentials? Should I be using some other (perhaps universal) Login? The pic below is from the bottom of the gateway: *moderator edited to remove equipment and network details* Thanx!
