Can the "ENTER NETWORK PASSWORD" issue please be resolved?
I am beyond fed up with this issue. I have already called tech support twice in the past few months, and they were not able to do anything beyond instructing me to change my passwords for all my cox accounts --which I did, repeatedly, to no effect. It is absolutely impossible to keep working with these pop-up "Enter network password" windows coming up every two minutes (I need to keep my email constantly checked when I am at the PC). My passwords have all been correctly reset on all my devices, and this happens all the time, with ALL my devices (iPad, iPhone, PC). So it IS a cox issue, not a device-related issue. I have had cox for the last 12 years at my current address, and this has been happening for over 6 months now. And it's been getting worse. And I don't feel that the issue is being properly addressed --did cox find out what they were doing right before, when this issue wasn't happening? Anyway, if this isn't resolved soon, I will, sadly, seriously consider moving on to a different Internet service provider. I am paying $60/mo to spend most of my time clicking on these annoying pop-ups... If anyone has found a workaround, please do share, as I am truly at the end of my wits with this! :-) Thank you!7.7KViews0likes18CommentsEmail Problems in Santa Barbara
Been having trouble with sending email from iOS portable devices...iPhone and iPad. Sent messages wind up in Draft or Outbox folders without being sent to recipient and can't be sent again from those folders. Also, when logging on to Cox email account, the Inbox folder is either nearly or completely empty, when it actually should contain hundreds of received emails. These problems seem to have started while we were traveling overseas in April and May. Have tried deleting the Cox email account on the iOS email app and re-configuring. This seems to be effective for a short time however problem recurs when we again login to Cox email server. Are you having SMTP server problems on West Coast? Are other subscribers affected? Is there a fix? John H.2.2KViews0likes1CommentNeed to migrate email from a disconnected account
I have disconnected my COX services. I would like to access my email in-box in order to move some email and advise some people that my service has changed. I was told that I would have access to our email accounts for 60 days, but my wife and I are both locked out. What do I have to do to get this resolved? You will have to send replies to **** because I CAN'T access my **** account.2.1KViews0likes0CommentsGetting full use of cox web mail
I am trying to migrate from using Windows Live email to cox web mail so I can have access to things like sent folders and other subject folders when on a mobile device. I tried to get started and the instructions do not make sense to me. I would like to have my sent emails go to the sent folder (which they don't now) and the instructions sent to log in and make sure you click the radio button for enhanced email. I did not see any radio buttons when I logged in?????? I am just getting started. Any suggestions???1.7KViews0likes3Comments
