How do I change my DNS with COX panoramic Router?
I have a cox panoramic router. I want to switch to Open DNS as my DNS servers for security reasons, as I am seeing frequent attacks on the router that I have been able to trace back as originating from the ISP DNS servers. However, I do not see any options for DNS in the panoramic router config options.17KViews0likes2Commentsport forwarding on wifi.cox.com
Is there any point to wifi.cox.com? It feels like i'm playing with this thing above every time I go to that site. Is it really just a Foursquare template password changer? I've navigated through every link on every tab and I cannot stress it enough: I feel like there is literally nothing on that website except a list of devices, and the ability to change your network password. What the f**k kind of cr*p is this? I want to configure a DNS server, and i was told I had to go to wifi.cox.com and the whole interface is basically a college freshman's week 3 homework assignment.6KViews1like1CommentHow to setup internal DNS?
I would like to setup internal DNS for all the hosts in my home. I find that I can reserve IP address space out of the DHCP range, but there is no apparent name resolution to the ip. I would really like to use names when referring to my hosts in my network.2.9KViews0likes4CommentsCox IPv6 San Diego
