Missed Recordings
Does anyone have any information on why my new Contour is missing recordings when the show in question has a priority setting of #1? I am so frustrated by this. All I want to do when my kids go to bed is have my ONE FREAKING HOUR to myself and watch General hospital. There is nothing more infuriating than when this stupid system doesn't work. It has happened 4 times now. And isn't this supposed to record 6 shows at once??? Our system we had before Contour worked FINE thank you very much. I have a tech coming SUPPOSEDLY today to help me, but of course he is now 30 minutes late and the tech support I talked to yesterday was BRAIN DEAD. I have seen a couple of old threads about this but there didn't appear to be any resolution. Just more info, I cannot pinpoint exactly what show is interfering because the recorded shows do not show what time they aired. Also, this is a series recording, not a manual recording.
