iPad and IPhone not working with Contour new update 15.4
All of a sudden IPad and IPhone aren’t working with Contour. Install of 15.4 occurred and then dreaded error message. TVAPP error message as reported before in updates a year ago. I’ve been on with Cox service and spoken with 5 different people and NO RESOLUTION. I’ve installed and uninstalled countless times. Rebooted countless times. Made sure it’s not backup countless times. Needs a fix so it will operate with 15.41.5KViews0likes4Comments
Cox Connect for iPhone
Does the Cox Connect app officially no longer work now that Contour exists? I used to be able to tell my DVR to record programs when away from home, but it has given me an error for months (years?) on my phone and my wife's phone. I also have noticed that every Turner station app will not allow me access anymore and says I'm unauthorized. It looks like even though I actually pay more than ever, my "plain old" Cox cable subscription has been downgraded because of Contour and Cox Advanced whatever. Looks like it's time to move on.
