Cox did not fully bury our cable.
Cox buried the cable in our yard, but to give us access, they had to put cable in a neighbor's yard as well. That section of cable was not buried when ours was. It has now been several months. Our neighbor was gracious enough to spell out the problem. I did not realize their unburied cable was ours. Since then, I have tried to use the sub-optimal AI/chatbot Cox uses to no effect and I even went to a Cox store to physically talk to someone. (She wrote down my address and a week later, nothing has happened.) What has to happen? Who do I contact? This is a disaster, for my family, waiting to happen.42Views0likes3Comments
