Packet loss of 2-5% on all devices
Yes I have tried two different splitters and a single male-to-female single connector to only one outlet in the apartment. The packet loss is less noticeable on certain days and more on others. I have tried unplugging the modem/router I have from Cox. I do not want a technician in my home. The problem is obviously outside the apartment. The power levels and SNR was better a month ago when I checked. The lowest power level used to be around -7 dBmV on Channel 1. Can yal come fix your box or cables or whatever? I'm tired of these excuses. Its not the modem, its not the splitter, and its not me. Fix your connection Cox. This is affecting our ability to work from home and is costing us hundreds of dollars which I know you will not pay us for.
