Explorer 9865HDC
When I got up this morning, my Explorer 9865HDC would not turn on. I power-cycled it only for it to freeze on BOOT. I power-cycled it again a couple more times trying to reset it. I ended up chatting with a tech online and he reset my system. After he did this, again, it froze on BOOT, however, this time it would also scroll OCAP-USB a few times then go back to BOOT.
