Cox is surprisingly careless about customers. Premier League to be watched via Direct tv
the worst cable experience. nothing else comes close even cable circa 1990's! the sole reason i even considered COX for internet and cable was to watch English and Spanish football games through ESPN, Foxsports, BeinSport and NBC sports. i a week's time i was able to watch One of those channels and catch not a single game. tech support was as helpless as i was. a technician was due to visit and attempt to fix the problem but never called whilst i waited 2 hours. even more surprising was that neither telephone employees nor Sean a supposed "solution" specialist at the "solutions" store at 205 N 80th Street cared that my experience was so bad i wanted to cancel service. canceling service was the easiest process in the whole mess. no one seemed to care to keep my business and all i heard was "i understand unfortunately we cannot do anything for several days until a technician visits in several days." in the past, Xfinity rushed someone over and had a rebate ready to go. Direct tv pretty much is willing to price match. Cox, sat around apologizing. i lost an entire day troubleshooting and calling 4 different people who could only think of re-booting the darn box, which fixed nothing. now i got rid of cable to avoid an $80 bill that would be a waste and i'm sternly considering canceling internet to no longer pay Cox for any service. i visited a local dining establishment to try and watch a bit of the channels i thought i paid for and they too had cancelled Cox and signed up with satellite. seems Cox has a lot of bugs to fix within their Omaha network and personnel. expect this complaint to be submitted to local papers and blogs.

BEIN TV in Cox ?? Any possibility
Hello there, I see a few active threads where people have asked whether COX plans to have BEIN TV added to their channels, my question is the same, when does COX plan to add BEIN tv ? La Liga is aired only in BEIN TV and thats a huge reason for opting out of COX and choosing a provider which airs BEIN tv.

Why can,t i get an answer....t v station change on its on, i call 18882699693 or 18553078210 they don,t have no answer the same were i go too pay my $182.00 a month. Who run cox what a bad T V station, why can,t you fix this an answer please. I,ll be moving on too another program. Days date 9/22/16. (station change on too another station)

BeIn Sports Connect error 1102.0.0
Since I moved my service to another address, I can no longer stream my live games through the BeIn Connect App. It was working just fine before and I could watch my games while i wasn't home. After I moved, the App started popping up a message saying “your provider doesn’t support live streaming service for your account”. So I called Cox customer service and they said that I needed another online account because mine was deactivated due to the change of address. So they did. Now, when I loggin to my new Cox account, the Bein Connect app says “We’re experience technical issues. Login later. -1102.0.0”. Its been going on for weeks now. Anyone else got this same issue?
