You can do this in the Settings. Cox adds the word. "Spam"( in the Subject lIne before the regular Subject) but at least I can read them. I have to manually delete the ones that are truly junk; but it only takes a few seconds. Re: Stopping NOT SPAM senders from going to Spam folder Nothing works. I finally decided to send 100% of all incoming emails to my Inbox. No more Spam. Folder. I now have to spend time deleting the junk from the Inbox, but I don't have to wonder if valid emails are going to Spam. Re: Why was I charged for a service call to residence for a poor signal? It is important to discuss potential charges when the technician arrives. Cox fixes the lines to the house for free. Anything from the Cox box (on the side of your house) to your computer or tv will result in a charge. The last I heard it was $75. If the booster was inside your house, you pay. Did the booster improve the signal? Re: TV won't rewind live shows or record them This has happened to me many times. I finally found that simply turning the DVR off and turning it back on (not rebooting) fixed the problem,. This probably won't work for you since you say that tvdoes not have a DVR. You could try turning off the DVR that feeds this tv. Re: I am suddenly getting thousands of spam emails a day for the last week. If the emails are thanking you for signing up for a newsletter or subscription, this is something serious. It is not a "spam" problem but is a sign that someone is trying to steal from you. If it is just normal, random spam, just hit the delete button as fast as the emails arrive. Re: COX SPAM!!!!!!! I imagine that most Cox employees have a Cox email address for their daily use. I wonder what they think about the endless spam that greets us every morning. Most of the spam messages are posted between midnight and 5am. Re: The same constant SPAM! Cox farmed-out its email service to a 3rd party. In the old days, Cox would have shut down the spammers in 48 hours or less. Cox has said that it considers email to be a "free service" which seems to mean that email doesn't get much support. Re: Valid emails going into Spam/Junk You are not alone. Too many valid emails were going to Spam. I set my email to send everything to my Inbox. I delete the spam from there. Otherwise I have to check the Spam folder daily. Re: Channel lineup That info usually appears on the monthly bill you are mailed. It is not prominent. It appears under the headline "News From Cox" and often continues on the reverse of the page. Re: Not receiving emails from @affirm.com domain Affirm is an online lender. They have lots of complaints. I am guessing but I think that some email providers are blocking anything arriving from affirm.
