Since May 1, 2024 we have been in touch with Cox Complete Care (additional $10/month) and have logged 3 tickets and nothing has been done to address the following Audio problem on mobile (app and web) devoces. Most of the time that the audio drops for 5 seconds and the way it drops is very consistent. It occurs on various channel, CNN, Fox News, Fox Business, NewsMax. It occurs on IOS devices Iphones/iPads using the Contour App. It occurs on Macbook via the Web using watchtv.cox.com. Almost always will occur and begin with a drop of 5 seconds at end of one of the commercials and then almost exactly 25 seconds into the next shows segment after the commercials. All other Apps (Youtube, Twitch, X etc.) have not had any audio problems.....only COX. Our WIFI is very strong and there is never any buffering.....just loss of audio as video remains on. Re: All outgoing email fails from web and Iphone The Cox email "Team" got back to us and said they "fixed" the problem with sending emails from webmail and the iPhone. We didn't change any settings on the iPhone now all is working fine. They didn't say what their solution was and Cox supported didn't either. Thanks all for your suggestions. All outgoing email fails from web and Iphone Over 2 days ago my Cox webmail has been broken. I can login and get incoming mail, however I get and error message and a fail to send when I try to send an email or reply to an email. Upon call Cox support who bumped me up to second tier support, they said it was a "Filtering" problem that they have seen before and would notify the Email "Team" to resolve the issue. Still no response. Attached are screen shots from Web and Iphone showing the messages. I will send the to the cox support email so they can pass them on to the email "Team". Go to Settings (Settings wheel icon) -> All Settings ->INBOX->Scroll down to Advanced Settings->At bottom add gmail account as a BCC Re: Missing inbox emails Lost my INBOX a few months ago also. In addition to forwarding all incoming messages to your gmail backup account, set up an automatic CC to that gmail account so that any new messages you create or respond to will also go to the gmail backup. Yes you can go back and forth between folders and the main Inbox will be refreshed. The last 2 days the problem has disappeared and the deleted emails are immediately removed from the main body.
