About 2 weeks ago our internet would randomly drop either upload or download speeds. I am playing for 1000/35. The down would sometimes go as low as 50, the upload as low as 2. We had a tech come out to check our lines and he said he found that there had been work started for a problem on our node on 2/10 that was showing in progress with dozens of notes but no completion date known. I have checked with the text chat to see if any progress has been made and they told me no. I want to know what the problem is and when we can expect it to be complete. I need at least 10mbps upload, which should not be an issue for 35 max. Re: Connection drops just enough to kick wife out of work VPN multiple times every morning. Aragona Village. Re: Connection drops just enough to kick wife out of work VPN multiple times every morning. All the connections are tight, no splitters, I've replaced the modem twice. Your techs came out and ran me a new line form the drop a few months ago for an unrelated problem. I was told a node was giving dirty signal, then a node guy came out and said the node was fine. I was told they could come and put a monitor on the line to check for signal disruptions during the day. How can I just get that done? I'm tired of waiting around for techs to come out, not be here when the problem occurs, and then I'm back a square one. Re: Connection drops just enough to kick wife out of work VPN multiple times every morning. If it was congestion it would happen during all work hours. I am looking for a tech to help me out, not commentary. Connection drops just enough to kick wife out of work VPN multiple times every morning. For the last 2 months or so between the hours of 7am and 12pm, our connection will drop just enough to kick my wife out of her work VPN. It will glitch out my YouTube as well but that is far less important. The rest of the day is generally fine and my speeds are good when it's not doing it. But my wife can't work if it kicks her out. I was told a technician can put a monitor on my line to try and catch the issue but I can't seem to get one to do it. I lay far too much to you guys for this to be happening.
