I had same problem. Had to get a new box. So lost all my previously recorded shows. They put me on the cloud so in future will not lose shows when I get a new box. Hate the new box. When you pause a show, 15 minutes later it is running again. Old box would pause for more than an hour. How difficult can it be to isolate each box from each other? What if you have a rental property and have Cox cable installed to house. And renter needs to have own account. What do your do then? Second gripe. I have McAfee security suite installed thru Cox. Seems McAfee blocks me going to sites that are conservative in nature....what is the leaning of Cox?129Views0likes0Comments
