You offer an option to literally pay more money for less speed. stupidest thing I've ever seen. good job! Here's a screenshot of one of the "upgrade" options: i.imgur.com/8hVu8hS.png Also your pop up on the site for a "FREE" internet equipment upgrade is BS. You click the link and it takes you to a page where you have to pay for one of the options.
