The only calls from 12/21-12/30/2024 are test calls I made and any outgoing calls - - only numbers that are in my Cox Addresses in voice tools. I previously reported that robocalls stopped a few days after Call History failed in the afternoon of 12/12/2024. Well, the call history shows a few on 12/18-12/19/2024 but they were blocked by Cox and I wouldn't have heard the phone ring or have them appear on the TV. Ironically, one of them was from Cox: "Spam?Cox Communicati' (316) 262-0661." That same number called this morning but all I saw on the Caller ID was the phone number. It is on the Call History and wasn't blocked this time. The number isn't in my Cox Addresses. There were no other robocalls from 12/20/2024 until 1/6/2025. I downloaded the last 90 days and everything is there. I tried to post this as a reply to your last comment on my original report of this problem but it did not appear after a long wait and seemed to freeze the Forum for me. My Cox account had timed out when I went back to it which may have been the cause. Re: Call History Not Working Nevermind. Re: Call History Not Working Today, 1/30/2025, 11:00 AM PST, in Voice Tools, clicked on Settings and a message came up "We are currently experiencing technical difficulties to load your profile." Subsequent attempts just go into a loop of what follows after entering your password when signing in to your account. This is the first time this has happened to me since the Call History failed in mid-December. I'm hoping this means they are installing the fix. Re: Call History Not Working Three years ago it took 126 days to fix the same problem. I lost 6 days of calls. Several of us have been emailing Cox. My last one was a few days ago but didn't receive a response which is unusual. There is some speculation that Cox sends the call data to a third party which is who does the report which means Cox has to be expediting them. None of the calls are showing the "Spam?" warning at the start of the Caller ID. Re: Call History Not Working I mentioned previously here, and in an email to Cox, that shortly after the Call History stopped working I stopped getting robocalls and perhaps this was a related issue. I test the phone every day with my cell phone & friends/neighbors calls and it works. Today I received 4 robocalls so far. Their Caller IDs all appeared on the TV and I was able to do a search on them to make sure it wasn't anyone I know. At least one was listed with Nomorobo as a spam call from AT&T to switch to their fiber-optic system recently installed in my neighborhood. With no Call History for over 5 weeks, and a 126 day failure 3 years ago, and 2 shots of trequila, AT&T is getting prettier. Re: Call History Update Please don't give up. Re: Call History Not Working On my first try 15 minutes ago, The Call History & Address tools don't appear, just {{:: header }} Others have reported this too, but this is the first time for me. I tried it again and then the full voice tools choices appeared but Call History still didn't show anything. The endless sign-in loop you are experiencing is how this problem started 3 years ago. They fixed that then Call History failed. CurtB is reporting other kinds of erratic results too. Hopefully that's a sign they are working on it.
