Thank you, Bruce. Yes, I checked and deactivated everything that I could see. Also, deactivated lots of/all features with *... I even deactivated the voice mail online thinking that it could perhaps ring then, instead of going to the voice mail. Nope. Nothing fixed it. Yes, there is a dial tone, we can dial out, but people cannot call us as it doesn't ring. TWO cox tech specialists tried everything they could think of, including rebooting the entire system several times, but nothing changed. We still have a dial tone, but people cannot call us. By the way, it is a landline, and we did disable any possible service that we could think of including *80 and *87. Still NOT ringing. We can dial out, but people cannot call us. Two different TECH people tried rebooting our entire system - several times - and it didn't fix the problem. Any ideas???? Please?231Views0likes0Comments
