I even deactivated the voice mail online thinking that it could perhaps ring then, instead of going to the voice mail. Nope. Nothing fixed it. TWO cox tech specialists tried everything they could think of, including rebooting the entire system several times, but nothing changed. We still have a dial tone, but people cannot call us.
