I've been going back and forth with support on a new construction and the date has magically slipped by a month. Cox blamed another group for being unable to fill out the infrastructure while the neighborhood developer says the infrastructure is in place so I'm stuck in a loop and can't get anywhere. Sales, support, serviceability all say they can't do anything and to keep calling back. Such a frustrating experience and I can't find out who is in charge of allowing service to be run when it shows up in their system. New Neighborhood Install I just called for a service check on a new neighborhood and the date they gave was Feb 28 for the install. Is there a rough idea of a completion date for when they begin setting up infrastructure or is that date the completion date? Have already emailed corporate and sent a complaint to the FCC. Waiting to hear back. Have swapped the coax in my apartment and attempted direct wiring to modem (SB8200) with no improvement. Not sure where else to go because techs will inevitably report no issue if there aren't line issue at the time they inspect. Had one out over a year ago and it went nowhere. Happens throughout the day at random. Sadly can't swap to another ISP as my complex only offers Cox. I had a tech come out to my apartment complex in the past but when trying to trace the issue unless it's present at that very moment they can't really do much or escalate the issue. My guess is a heavily congested node with the upswing in zoom calls, etc. I have gone through all of the troubleshooting steps possible on my end, but anytime from 12pm to midnight the issue persists.
