Forward email vs. link account
The new webmail interface doesn't work for me (it's been rehashed to death here already). There's an option to forward the email to another address as well as link another account. Please explain the difference; there are savvy people here who know the answer. I think linking the account moves all the old email to the other address but I'm not sure. Hard pass. More money, internet dependent, and many problems reported with cloud dvr playback. Plus you can only store programs for a year regardless of how much capacity you are using. Arris strikes again! :-( I would call the Cox store and see what they have before unplugging everything and making a trip. I'd also ask if you could get a new one, not refurbished. Probably not but it's worth asking. Cox gave me this box before the supply chain issue. I can't say exactly when recordings are deleted because it's just something I happen to notice when I scroll through recordings looking for something and it's gone. If it wasn't for the hassle, I'd trade it in (assuming they wouldn't give me the same model).3Views0likes0Comments
