Some additional information: If I reload the page, the message will be cleared and the controls will be restored, however, after some time, the error will usually return. I like to watch CNN online and had been doing so for a long time with no issues. Suddenly, starting a few weeks ago, the following issue has been occurring: as the video is playing, a message will be displayed on the screen that says "The sub-error code and message will contain additional information about the underlying cause for this error. The result of one or more tracking beacons was unsuccessful". The video and audio continue to play, but controls are disabled, specifically, the mute / volume control, pause, rewind and fast forward.
