Intermittent Sound Loss
We are experiencing intermittent sound loss on our cable channels. It goes out for 10 -15 seconds, then comes back for the same period (or a little longer) then goes out again. The next day it will be fine, but then start up a few days later.
It happens on all cable channels, but it does not happen to the Samsung TV when I'm using my DVD player, so I assume it's the cable signal or box, not the TV.
Any thoughts? A previous post talked about replacing the cable box, is that the proper solution?
