watchtv.cox.com - AV software prevents streaming

On my macbook the Avast AV software blocks streaming from watchtv.cox.com, if I disable the web shield streaming works.

Is there a list of servers I can add to the exclusion list so I don't have to disable the web shield from running to watch online?

Any other streaming media sites work fine w/o disabling the web shield.
