TSN is the Canadian version of ESPN (in fact it's 20% owned by ESPN.) You won't find it on many (if any) U.S. cable systems. ESPN has the rights to CFL games in the U.S., and actually shows them when there's no poker available.

Thank You Domino for answering my question. That also explains why ESPN for a couple weeks was showing a game from the CFL because their season was just starting. Since ESPN seems to control most of what you view then the next CFL games to be shown may be the Grey Cup. Also this further explains why Area Football is shown very rarely seen, if Poker or Bull riding are unavailable.
