Cox Phone Call History

There is a conflict between the caller ID on my equipment and the caller ID in my Cox Phone Call History.

My caller ID records 844-310-2227...but Cox History records "Unavailable."
My caller ID records 888-445-8787...but Cox History records "Unavailable."

Granted these are spoofed numbers, but there is still a conflict.

    Over the past few months, every field in my call history has been screwed up at one point.  Now, a new screw-up.  Every call is timestamped as 11:00 PM.

    If you can't maintain the call history, get rid of it.

    And stop asking for an email containing my account information.  It's not account specific...it's the program on the server.  Log into it and investigate.

    Still the same problem.  Numbers appear on the caller ID of my telephone...but Cox records as "Unavailable."

    Meh...I'll just have to get use to it.
