unable to access call history via voicemail. whel keeps spinning. Recent problem
been having same issue for 3 days on the web
it keeps looping and says signing in but I am signed in It happens when trying to access settings, voicemail or contacts after choosing phone - 4 days now
this is as bad as chat - I am not having issues with voicemail - call history log is the issue but I have figured out on my own. I browse incognito - Cox call history was always accessible but evidently they change - but chat people and the forum people never said a thing. All trouble with the website under phone are fixed if you don't use private viewing/incognito. Sad I had to figure out on my own.
Cox websites require cookies. Had you mentioned earlier that you browse Incognito, someone could have helped you.
well I just tried again and it's now doing the same thing
