  • Hi DVD,

    Please make a test call to your home phone number. Log the date and time of the call. Wait 15 minutes for the call details to appear in Voice Tools. If the test call does not appear in Voice Tools, please email us at cox.help@cox.com with this post, your full name, and complete address so we can investigate further.
