Can't get into email this morning. I hope this isn't yet ANOTHER multi-day absence that Cox subscribers have endured in the past. They dropped one of my local TV stations for 3 or 4 days earlier this week, removed WGN from my basic access, and now I can't access email because "server can't be located" according to my browser for the past half-hour now. What a great way to start 2015, Cox.
Having the same problem.
My email is also down. I can't get it off of outlook nor by logging on to the site directly. Outlook's error is "cannot connect to server."
Having the same problem, I sure cox will just say to avoid the problems they will need to raise our rates!
Me too. Asks for password on phone and laptop. Password doesn't work.

I beat Cox to the troubleshooting punch by resetting my cable box, replacing my splitter and hiring a $70 technician for my email problem.
