500 Servlet Exception

First of all....the other 3 email addresses work with no problems whatsoever.

I got a 500 Servlet Exception for only MY email 

This morning I did the following things:

*deleted history, temporary internet files, and cookies

*Reset IP address (DNS)

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

In the error message it says: “your cox server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. (error ID: 0x800420CD).

Again --  all other email accounts work.

I think this is a problem at the COX server. How can you help me?

    It sounds like one of your email messages is stuck. What email software and operating system are you using? Does the error message tell you if the error occurred on incoming or on outgoing mail? Also, is your email account set up as POP or IMAP?
