log on pay bill

Log on and pay bill. Each time you move and get a new account number you have to register and start a new account to be able to log on and pay your bill. Seems extreme. Since, I have moved each month I am unable to go online and pay my bill on the new account. Because the server is down that allows you to accomplish this. Ridiculous.

    While our account numbers are linked to addresses, your user ID is linked to you. I can see how moving frequently would this frustrating. I'd like to help ensure you can sign in to manage your account. Please email me at cox.help@cox.com If you are continuing to have problems paying your bill online. I'll need the following information to be included in your email with a reference to this forum post:

    Your current address with city and state
    Your full name, the name on the account if different from yours
    The Cox PIN
    The User ID you are signed in with
    The exact error message you get (a screenshot is fine)
