Hi,
This requirement relates to the User ID you are logging in with, not you yourself. If you are receiving this message, the user ID is not designated as the Primary User ID in our system. What would be the primary User ID is the one you selected when you first created your account.
If you cannot remember the User ID that was first created on the account (or the one you are using is that), let us know and we can provide you with some additional assistance.
