accessing secondary email
This should be an easy one...
I just set up a secondary cox email account.
I was told, via cox phone support, that I have to sign-in through my primary account in order to access the secondary account.
She was correct because when I logged-in to the secondary account, it said that I must go through the primary account.
However, when I'm inside my primary account, I can't for the life of me, access my secondary email account.
Under "manage accounts", it shows the primary and the secondary email accounts, but only with a "change password" option next to them.
Any help would be appreciated.
You have to access the primary account to ADD the second account, but once added, you access it the same way you access your main account; either webmail.cox.com or outlook or some other client. Basically your looking at the part of Cox where you add accounts, not check email. Try Cox webmail with the new username and password.
