We are experiencing really slow internet speeds. We have the premier package and last few tests have only been around 1-3 Mbps down and less than 1Mbps up. This is terriable.
Done resetting and this and that the cox phone folks always have you do. NADA...any help or clues?

Signal levels look decent, although your upstream is a little high. Are you connecting directly to the modem? If so, where are you doing the test that shows your speed? Could you give more data on that?
Doing test using cox speed tester online and online speedtest.net both show awguful slow speeds....and i have a slingbox which needs good upstream andvit just isnt as fast as what we pay for

Ok, well only way to troubleshoot issues here (since we are remote) is to isolate the issue before attempting to troubleshoot it. When troubleshooting a performance issue its important to know if its Cox > Modem or Modem > Router or Router > PC, or etc. If it is a ISP issue then the symptoms will be clearer direct to the modem.
Its cox modem to asusrouter to pc but problem is not my end..i am a networking major and tested andbtested
If your a network major then you read the chapter in A+ about isolating a problem and providing data.
If you want to provide other data that shows a issue on ISP, go right ahead. I can only make suggestions based on my experience of what has worked.
If you work for Cox why dont you do your job and not depend on the customer to tell you whats wrong..this is why i canceled our cox tv service and looks like now our internet
