Internet has been down in Gilbert AZ in my neighborhood since 2pm yesterday (Thursday). When I call tech support the message says there is an outage in my area and a customer service rep cannot help me, then it disconnects. Is there an eta? Do we know what's going on?
There is a thread on outages in Phoenix. I hear some parts are upgrading to fiber. What model modem do you have and what are your signal levels? Is service completely down?
