Is there an email or a way to communicate with Cox other than posting on this forum, calling over the phone, or using the chat? I have a major complaint that I would like to send via email, and I can't seem to find a way to do that.
Their communication is horrendous. Also if you do anything over the phone get the name, time, location and employee ID because when they don't do what the agent promised the next agent will say they have no record of what they previous agent said
