Anyone else fire stick being blocked by hot spot (not home wifi)

I called Cox about this situation and told me recently Cox banned all fire sticks on their hotspot,  before this issue i could log in to my hotspot  and use my fire stick no problem, now im getting blocked by cox most likely by my fire sticks mac address.

When i mention hot spot , its not my wifi with access to router but the actual hotspot  that is available all over the U.S
