Is cox the worst I'm using cell phone data to type this because the upgraded cox can't handle internet. Should I go to glow fiber?
Really bad I paid for upgrade package that can barely handle one tv

Your TV service depends on Internet? Do suspect problems at the modem or over WiFi? Describe your equipment.
If you're in a promotional deal with Cox, you may be stuck with this service until it expires.
