I've been having intermittent lag spikes throughout the day and I've been talking to Cox about getting it fixed. there have been multiple outages and maintenance work done since I got Cox involved and the work has been going on for months. I check and my modem levels have changed. I'm wondering if these numbers are good.
I would say they are decent but not perfect. Your downstream power level could be a little higher but your SNR is strong and your upstream is good. There are are some uncorrectables on the OFDM but nothing major. What do your logs say?
I just got new errors today. I have a ton of the CM status messages that fill the entire page and it keeps flipping from type 16 to 24 and it looks like this. There is around 20 of these.
