Read the forum guidelines
the bill support page instructs on how to access the recent activity page as if it still exists. But it doesn't. It's just gone. I'm confused. None of the other support pages offer the information the recent activity page offered or the tools it had.
I can Verify the Recent Activity page is gone. Please bring it back:https://www.cox.com/ibill/recent-activity.cox?
It now redirects to "Transaction history" which is not an Itemized listing.
Recent Activity on the Cox App for Android no longer works either, it returns an Error Message
