My cox email account all of a sudden wants my password. I have a web mail account, but I also have a shadow that sends and receives cox mail. This account does not contain the same mail as web mail. There is nowhere to change or "i Forgot Password". Called cox and they didn't know what I was talking about. Now my web mail doesnt show any emails.

a shadow account....do you mean a 2nd account??
OP could mean "Shadow Cloud PC".. it's basically a Win10 Home PC you remote into...
