Very slow upload speeds

I have had this problem off and on for over a year. My download speed is just perfect... but my upload is 10 or less. I am supposed to get 30.

Once I called to have service come out and it started working again the day of, so I cancelled appt. because they said I would be charged if there was nothing wrong.

But it is still not right. I used to have much more reliable service. It is frustrating as there are no other options. 

I've done all the resetting numerous times. My equipment is almost 2-1/2 years old, could that be it?

    Hi @Janet4now,

    I know how frustrating it is to have slow upload speeds. Are you getting these slow upload speeds while hardwired or on wifi? What is the model of your modem? Do you have any amplifiers or splitters connected to the coaxial that runs into your modem?
