I cannot find the information I need to access Mcafee website, my account name ect...
Also why is my Cox Email address different from the one Mcafee says is me?
Is there a different ID or something I need to access the Mcafee website?
You'll need to create an account on McAfee. Cox bought licenses for Cox subscribers to download McAfee from the Cox website. Other than using McAfee, we have no credentials with McAfee. Also, I'm sure Cox wouldn't provide McAfee with our email addresses so if you're trying to logon with a Cox account, McAfee doesn't recognize you.
