Windows 10 and the mail app
I've tried a number of times to add Cox email to the mail app. After I add it, and try to sync it with Outlook I get an error message that my settings are "out of date" and asks if I wish to enter the sign in parameters again or dismiss it. I've done everything again and still the program comes back with the "out of date" message. I made sure the IMAP Server Settings are correct; changed the password etc. I finally (after a number of times) just deleted the Cox email account out of the Mail app. I never got any Cox email to appear in my mail app. The Cox email does appear in my Outlook account.
Any ideas.
