Live Chat Support
How do I get the Live Chat Support working? I have tried two browsers (Firefox and Chrome) and I cannot get this to work.

I was able to start a chat session with the link provided. I recommend clearing your cache/cookies to see if that helps. We also are available on Facebook and Twitter for assistance.
