    It appears to be legitimate, but to know for sure I'd want to take a closer look. Please email me at cox.help@cox.com. Forward the original email, and please include your full name, complete street address (with city and state) and a reference to this post in your email.

  • If the email references your bill for contact info and not furnishing a link to be clicked then the email is likely legitimate.  If you remember altering your account info then you may have good reason to contact Cox and find out the nature of the change and whether it's time to change your log in information.
