McAfee screen comes up white

Whenever I try to access the McAfee Internet Security screen it only comes up as a white screen.  I tried uninstalling it (white screen again) and doing a system restore and an earlier version restore but no luck.  It seems to be working but I can't access it.  Any ideas?  I'm running Win7 64 bit.
