Rate Increase Complaints

The Moderator keep responding to all these complaints about rate increases by telling them to contact cox and not post here.

Perhaps if cox wasn't banging out all these big increases without notice or reason, there wouldn't be so many upset customers.

It's good that there's plenty of options out there now so when cox, as usual, comes up with their arrogant "if you can find a better deal, take it" or "everybody increases yearly" that we can say "goodbye".

The mods lock those threads because:

    1) These are TECHNICAL SUPPORT forums. What exactly do complaints about service rates have to do with tech support?

    2) Account-specific info cannot be posted here, hence you would want to call/email Cox directly, it's for YOUR security.

    3) See #1
