Gigablast in Orange County?

Hi All, 

I see Cox offers Gigablast in Orange County and a few other select places. I live in Aliso Viejo (South Orange County) and when I click "see available upgrades to service" on my Internet, it says I don't have any upgrades available. Is this something I have to call for?
