I have been using the app for over a year with no issues. The Parental Controls option is activated for both of my kids. Last week the app began to completely block the devices assigned to each child. If I deactivate the Parental Control option for each child, their devices work. I already rebooted my gateway, signed out and reloaded the app. Nothing helps. Can some please provide some insight on what can be happening?
There seems to be a recent glitch with the Panoramic and Parental Controls, downtimes and profiles. It seems Cox changed something but didn't bother testing before pushing it.
Not sure if this OP had resolved the issue.
