A new issue has arisen with Contour.

A new issue has arisen with Contour. It affects the Chrome browser. When I pick a channel, it tries to load the channel, it times out with the following Error message. Error codeplayer.-9002.14007. It's an issue between Chrome & Contour. Any ideas? I've rebooted my PC (Windows 10 64 bit) modem and router. It does not impact the Edge browser.

    I am sorry that you are having trouble with Chrome and the Contour site. Is this Watchtv.cox.com or the Contour App. The Contour App intended purpose is for mobile devices and tablets. For desktops or laptops, we recommend using the website watchtv.cox.com. If you are already using the watchtv.cox.com website and you are still having trouble loading the channel, then I suggest clearing the cache and cookies in the chrome browser.
