Contour app on in-home wifi says connect to in-home wifi to watch non-TV Go channels.
I see that users have had this problem as far back as 6 years ago.
I've had this setup working for years. Nothing has changed. IPs are the same, so it is definitely on my in-home wifi.
I've restarted, rebooted, reinstalled, reconnected and rewhatevered the bejesus out of this thing. Any other ideas? Please, Cox, just shoot me.
did a little more reading. this has been going on for some cox customers with no solution form cox. surprise, surprise! they just keep peppering you with questions, instructions to check the IP, restart, reboot, etc. Create a ticket, and more questions. In one instance it simply resolved itself. After 6 years, maybe more, Cox is totally clueless. As soon as there is an alternative, I'm out of this nightmare. Or maybe I'll die first. Either way, I can't wait for the relief...
