I have an HBO account which recently started having problems. When I try to sign in to HBOGO on my work desktop, I recieve the message “Signed Out. We’re having trouble verifying your access to HBO GO with your TV provider. If you continue to have this issue, contact your TV provider for assistance.” I live in Alabama, and when I call my dad in Louisiana and ask him to sign, he is able to sign in and then I am immediately able to sign in on the desktop. This has been happening for the last month on the desktop, and for the past 2 weeks I have received the same message when I try to sign in on my phone, laptop, and Amazon Fire Stick. I am only able to sign in to any of these once my dad signs in, whether I am connected to WiFi or not.
Yes, I am using the same ID and password as my dad who is able to sign in without issue. Sometimes it works but most of the time it doesn’t.
